the following shipping regulations apply:

 

we ship to germany, europe with dpd and worldwide with dhl express.

 

the delivery costs within germany are 5,90€.

the delivery costs outside of germany, within the eu are 15€.

the delivery costs outside the eu, worldwide are 50 € (dhl express).

 

delivery within the eu:

 

for all deliveries within the eu, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

 

delivery outside the eu:

 

for all deliveries outside the european union, local duties and taxes as well as costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) may apply. the provider greta giessler for twentytwoclo.com does not withhold any duties or taxes during the payment process and cannot predict how high your possible duties will be. these possible additional fees are borne by the buyer. for further information or questions, please contact your responsible bank or customs office.

if you cannot find your desired destination country in our overview, please send us a request to office@twenytwoclo.com and we will try to make an individual delivery possible.

 

delivery times:

 

unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in germany within 3-5 working days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 5-15 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

please note that there are no deliveries on sundays and public holidays.

if you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. in this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longer delivery time that you have ordered.
